Beryl Li is a co-founder of Yield Guild Games (YGG), a Web3 Guild Protocol that empowers its communities through gaming, work, and upskilling opportunities. Beryl founded CapchainX, an asset tokenization platform that was acquired by SMKG in 2019. She was on the founding team of Coins.ph, a leading crypto exchange in the Philippines that was acquired by Gojek. She also worked with institutions such as BlackRock in London, UnionBank of the Philippines, and the Philippines’ Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT). Beryl holds a Master of Finance from Cambridge University, where she sat as President of the Cambridge University Cryptocurrency Society. She is passionate about financial empowerment, especially in emerging economies.
