One of the toughest problems faced by any organisation is a disconnect between their vision and the reality of the brand experience. No organisation sets out to alienate their target audience but this happens more than any company would like to admit. The problem stems from a lack of engagement at some point during their lifecycle of interaction with key stakeholders. Be it a customer, staff member, partner, or the general public, if we cannot connect with our audience then our organisational goals remain unfulfilled.

Emfarsis Consulting have a history of connecting audiences with products and organisations. The first step is understanding the organisational goals, assessing how that is currently being approached and then getting a deep understanding of who the audience is and what they truly desire. Typically, this will be achieved through a range of quantitative and qualitative methods including interviews with key stakeholders, customer surveys as well as other methods of data collection and secondary research.

With a clear understanding of the participants and their objectives, Emfarsis Consulting will work with the organisation at both a strategic and a tactical level to implement the changes needed to connect to their audience in a meaningful way. This can include (but is not limited to) PR and Marketing, Product Development, Customer Education, Staff Training and Commercial Partnerships.
